I don't know what kind of "details" you need. Yes, a mother can breast feed her baby (which is what I assume you mean as opposed to using a bottle or something else) after sex.

Judy is correct. There is NO haram about breastfeeding in a state of impurity. EVER. Allah never said that there is anytime you cannot breastfeed, no matter what.
