OK here goes :)
This song I think is indie or something kind of like that. I first found it on the indie section on my television when I searched AT&T music videos.
It starts with a group of teenagers dressed in like indian hobo clothing and their poor. You can clearly tell there is a main boy as the subject of the video. This group of homeless teens are in a rocky dessert area and there is a leader of them and he has brown hair and skinny and he is mean. This other boy in the group gets banned for eating a can of food extra because its supposed to be rationed. So the main boy who has semi long brown hair steps up for him and they are both exiled. The main boy is being crushed upon by this pretty blonde haired girl wearing ugly brown goggles on her head in a weird outfit so when she sees he is banished she gets the rest of the group together to go save the banished boys and overthrow their mean ruler.
I believe part of the chorus talks about not surrendering or don't stop fighting... something like that. I saw it being advertised on TV in the AT&T music category around the same time as The Glitch Mob's song "We Can Make the World Stop" I'm sorry I can't explain it further!
