I have bleached my hair 2 time now it is very white and very yellow at the ends I want to put a semi permanent over all of my hair to even out the blonde, as its already really light and amazingly still in great condition I want just a natural blonde shade all over sooo can I use a natural blonde semi all over nw?

The part of your hair at the ends that is very yellow will never take the colour you want over-all. If you want your hair to be all the same colour, you will have to have the yellow ends cut off. What will happen is, they will be much darker then the rest of your hair if you don't cut off the ends,
