I am receiving 3-5 calls a day from this organization. Thankfully, I have not given them any information or signed up for their service. After some research, I found the following information that I thought may be useful for those who are having the same difficultly getting through to customer service.

Contact information: National Small Business Alliance, Inc. (http://www.fbaa.us/companies/natlsba.htm)

National Small Business Alliance, Inc.
180 N Luring Dr. Suite 300
Palm Springs, CA 92262

Phone 760 322 5572
Fax 760 406-6035
E-mail [email protected]

Contact: Dennis Mario

Interesting to note.. they claim to have an 'excellent' rating with the 'Fair Business Association of America', but the only companies that are listed with this 'FBAA' are their company, Gucci, and a gaming association of some sort. Looks to me like 'NSBA' created 'FBAA' themselves.

Best of luck!

Hello jen:

You say they're calling you, but you're having a hard time getting through to them. What business HAVE you done with them, and what are they requesting of you 4 or 5 times a day?

Are they collection agents? Do you have accounts in arrears? Maybe I can help you with them. Tell me more.

They received the BBB award for being in the top 10 companies in 2005 with the most complaints.

BBB News & Archives Details (http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/General/BBBNewsArchivesPageDetail.aspx?News_ID=140&sm)

Just put their name in any search engire along with the word fraud, or compliant, and you will get plenty of issues with this firm.

National Small Business Alliance

It seems like they are world wide, as anyone filled a lawsuit? Something needs to be done about companies like these. You can email me @ [email protected]
