I wash my hair and don't use too much shampoo or conditioner, and I scrub and rinse it thoroughly. Yet it still turns out sticky and greasy at the roots. I have used dry shampoo and baby powder, yet I am just sick of not being able to go out the house without having to apply dry shampoo or baby powder. HELP!! I also changed my shampoo because I read that could help. Please help ASAP

Okay what you need to do (if your hair is just greasy like that) is apply a lot of shampoo to your roots. Shampoo will not make your hair greasy as long as you make sure you rinse it out well. Conditioner is what makes your hair greasy. ONLY apply conditioner to the ends of your hair, NEVER to the roots. That might be what's making it greasy. Do you use any products after you get out of the shower? That can make it oily also.
Hope that helps!
