Today, I stole a bra and a bottle of pills, the security guard stop me and took me to the office, took my info address etc.. First of all I am not a canadian citizen yet I will be applying in Setember. He told me if I can find the tags for the items I stole I wouldn't have to pay for it I said OK, so I fellow, while we were walking he told me I will have to pat $500 so I got scared I don't have that kind of money I said I will do anything to get out of the situation, (BUT I DIDN'T Meant ANY,ANYTHING) He then told lets make a deal, I ask what kind of deal? He said you know? And ask where are you from? I said right around the area. He sais he finish at 9:00 meet him at 9:05 in the mall I was so scared I said OK. While we were walking back the cops showed up, and they said what they had to say to me and started to walk me back to the can, they also didn't mention nothing about $500 so I stop and ask sir, do I have to pay $500 he said no we are just taking you home, so I told them everything the security guard said. So they went back to talk to him. I don't know if he lied or not! I have never got caught stealing and never thought it would end like this. WELL there is a first for everything.
Did they still put my name on record? Wll it affect me when I apply for my papers? If then inmagration find out I stole from their country will then send me back even through I didn't got cheage?

From what it sounds like, they didn't arrest you. Are you a minor? If they didn't arrest you then you shouldn't be in their system as far as criminal records go. I'm not quite sure how it works in Canada but I assume you're from the US. They may have informed authorities here in the US and you may or may not have charges waiting for you here. Again, I'm not quite sure how it works but if you don't have any charges pending against you and you don't have any priors then it shouldn't affect your application.

I wouldn't say it's a minor problem but if they didn't charge you or arrest you, I don't see how you could be in their system. At the very least you could honestly answer that you've never been arrested, charged, or convicted in Canada.
