There was a power outage here last night from 5pm until 2:30am. Now my air conditioner fan is not working nor is the cold air. Could these by connected?

Could be. Which fan isn't running, the condenser fan, or the indoor fan? If the condenser/outdoor fan isn't running, is the compressor running? Could be a capacitor problem, common with power outages/surges.
