Your equation is incorrect:
csc x \ne cot x + \frac {tan x}{sec x}
However, if you meant this:
csc x = \frac {cot x + tan x}{sec x}
all you need do is convert the tan, cot, sec, csc functions to their sine and cosine equivalents and simplify the resulting fraction. And remember rhat cos^2x + sin^x = 1.
