Hi I'm 28 years old my question is I always have regular periods that last up to a week this month I was four days late then I thought I had gotten it but turns out to be that I just spotted . So them I was like OK this is just the beginning the it would stop for a day or two and I would spot again I don't know what's going on. I bought a pregnancy test but I really don't want to take it cause I don't fill pregnant I don't know what to do can anyone help

Try the pregnancy test. Many women that are pregnant, don't "feel" pregnant.

If the test is negative, wait until your next period is due. If you skip that one, test again, make sure to use first morning urine for both tests, or see your doctor for a blood test.

That's really all you can do.
