I had my first and last depo shot in feb. I didn't return for my second shot on may 18th. I haven't gotten my period yet. And instead of my regular period I spotted for only ONE day. Lately I have been waking up to really bad back pains and I wake up feeling nauseated but no vomiting. Sometimes at night the bottom of my stomach would cramp up and in order to stop my cramping I have to hold the bottom of my stomach while I sleep. And one last thing, I have been having mild headachs... could I be pregnant?? Please any answer would help. Thanks.

It can take upwards of TWO YEARS for the effects of the shot to fully wear off and for things to return to normal.
