Ok so I have two children with two different fathers and cps placed both with my mother being that I was in a domestic violance relationship.my oldest child's father has rights to supervised visitations and doesn't take them.the youngest child father is in prison due to the family violance charges he has.and let me add that I'm currently pregnant and I'm due in June... cps took my mother n myself to court to give cps temporary custody and just have my children placed with my mother.. my. Question is, could me and my mother still file for temporary custody over my kids including the one who I'm having in June even if cps has temporary custody of them? And could the kids be pulled away from my mother at any time being that cps has custody of them?

CPS placed the children with your mother. Now CPS has taken your mother to Court to gain custody of those children. You are pregnant. You seem to believe that CPS is going to attempt to get custody of the baby.
Yes, CPS has control of the situation.
Yes, your mother could apply for temporary custody/guardianship.
What are YOUR rights to the children?
Father #1 has supervised visitation; father #2 is in prison; where is father #3?

Your mother and you could file for temporary custody of the already-born children, yes, I suppose. Normally custody is not awarded to a mother and the grandmother. It would be one or the other. I doubt that the law recognizes "custody" of children still in a mother's womb.
... And could the kids be pulled away from my mother at any time being that cps has custody of them?
Certainly.

There is no father number three my second child and my unborn child are from father number two and honestly if you are trying to be sarcastic please don't comment.this is very serious and hurtful to me and my mother.I've never been involved in any trouble of this type and the only reason I'm involved with cps is because I wouldn't let. My first child have visitations with her father which is father number one so him and his mother made false ccusations towards me about my kids being abused by me but when cps saw that it wasn't the case cps was going to close my case and during the case being open my husband father number two was arrested for family violance so cps saw that it wasn't the kids being abused but that it was me being abused so cps kept the case open and removed the kids and placed them w mother... thanx for your answers but it didn't answer my question all that good...

I had no way of knowing how many fathers there are for your two and one expected child. It's not an unfair question. And MY answer relies on what YOUR current status is where the children are concerned. Were you stripped of your rights?
In my State CPS doesn't take the children when the parent is being abused. They give the parent the choice of keeping the abusive person out of the house OR losing their children, so what you have posted is foreign to me.
So - if father #2 is in jail, why are the children with your mother? It appears that he is not able to harm you or them.

Yea well its different in different states... I guess I should just look elsewhere.. my kids were given to my mom when he was still out and about in November and he went to jail in February so I thought they would go easier on me but they aren't.I guess I'm just gana have to deal w cps and do everything I'm told to do
