I just got my card to day ago and I don't have money on it no more.I have money to put on it but don't know how ?please help

This should have all been explained with the paperwork that came with the card.

Prepaid cards are issued by an institution. Visa does not issue the cards directly. You have to contact the institution to deposit money to the card. On each card is a phone number, usually toll free that is generally manned 24/7 where you can ask questions like this.

Most pre paid cards can be refilled, some can not. Where did you get it out ? There is also normally a phone number on the back or a email address that will give you info

My girlfreind said she got it @ rite aid and the limit on it is 500

So you take it back to Rite Aid and have more money added to it. I know that is how the ones you get at Walmart work
