Are there any software for free e- filing 1040 NR/ or with fees

CINTAX is generally available to university students. It is NOT free, but the university generally pays the site license and provide their students access for free.

I know of no other free software for Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. Any such software just fills in the numbers on a PDF form, something you can do on PDF forms downloaded from www.irs.gov.

Or you can hire a tax professional who specializes in such returns.
