I'm 24, male, and my fiancée is 23. We had done first time sex using condom, i.e. protected sex, but I had done sex with her at the time of her periods. It's true that my sperm had not gone a bit in her vagina. Is there any risk of pregnancy if sperm is not passed through the vagina? My other question is, Is it safe to do sex during menstrual cycle and how is Viagra to keep penis erect for a long time during sex? Please answer these questions.

There is NEVER a safe time for unprotected sex, unless she is tracking her basil temperatures every day, not even she will know when she ovulates... and Viagra doesn't work for a healthy person. You could be eating a piece of candy if you are healthy.

It's not usually safe to have sex when a female is on her period unprotected cause she can still get pregnant. And you could get an infection I would know I had sex on my period and I am pregnant now always use protection if she's not on her period and you hate condoms birth control works too.

Condoms have about a 10 percent failure rate, so she can get pregnant while using a condom. If you are having regular sex, she needs to go onto birth control pills and use a condom. It reduces the chances a lot. She can get pregnant on her period, there is no safe time to have sex.
Prescription male enhancement pills are given by your doctor< ( most of the mail order places that ship from over seas ship fake pills anyway)
But you and your doctor needs to discuss this. They are for helping you get your erection if you have trouble in performance. They have many side effects, all day headaches are common, as is seeing everything in a shade of green for a few hours. And they raise your blood pressure.
