Is that a new condition? What are you expecting to see?
Ideally, you don't get to see much... maybe a little steam as moisture gets burned off. Sometimes a little water may dribble out but you shouldn't have detectable "fumes" or odors.
Is the engine running smoothly? Still getting your normal fuel mileage, etc?
