Honestly the only way to get better at something is to continue to do it. If you choose to study a possible work/guide book Cricket may of given you at the time of hire, this could help. Other than that, just keep working hard, and if you work with customers at all; find someone, a friend, to start talking to regularly. Regular conversation will boost your confidence in customer service and increase your ability to adapt to each customer.
