I have unprotected sex 2x before my period which was 21st of May which last 3days. On the 20th may I was spotting light pink an the next morning which is the 21st then later on I was in pain with my tummy then I was blleding but not heavy as a period but it lasted for 2 days then the third day spotting again.. and I've been having some symptoms such as heartburn,moodiness,constipation,nausea without vomitting and wanting to sleep a lot well yesterday 6th June in the morning I was spotting pink again then nothing in the evening... can I be pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant. Of course you could be because you not only had sex, but you unprotected sex.
