Does my probation officier have the right to ask for details about my past charges

Yes. Why would you not release the info? The PO already has your arrest/conviction record. Is he/she trying to make things worse or better for you?

Yes, they can ask you about almost anything they want.
They already can see all of your info, they most likely are testing you to see if you will be truthful

DETAILS into your past CHARGES, as in, were you guilty?? NO. You don't have to answer.
