If your right tube is functional, which it appears that it likely is, you can still become pregnant. It may, however, take a bit longer. Most couples will become pregnant in the first year of trying, some will find it takes a bit longer. Given the circumstances, you could speak to your doctor about doing some testing earlier than the norm... which if you are under 30-35 is usually not until you have been actively trying for a year.

They can determine whether the right tube is in good enough condition and if you are likely ovulating on a regular basis.

IVF would become an option once you have had the initial testing to determine whether you would be a good candidate for it and if it would even be necessary.
