He didn't come in me but around the days that I was suppose to start my period it only lasted for a day... I didn't use a tampon because there was nothing there I only saw it when I would go to the restroom... since then I've had this brown spotting and I've been feeling dizzy and nausias and I haven't been on the pill for about 2 yrs... is there a possibility I cuold be pregnant?

If you managed to NOT get pregnant... I recommend taking a class on human reproduction.

Even IF you used protection... AND he used protection... just the fact you had sex could get you pregnant...

Not using any is the same as dousing yourself in gasolene and playing with matches.

You shouldn't be surprised if you get burned.

It's a possibility you could be pregnant but not likely from those particular times. Implantation wouldn't have had time to occur which would be the bleeding your describing. So, you could very well be pregnant, but not likely from the two times your talking of.

Implantation bleeding isn't actually that common, and most doctors don't even agree that it exists.

Some women do have light bleeding early in their pregnancy. Some women bleed throughout their entire pregnancy.

The fact is, there's only one way to know if you're pregnant and that's to take a pregnancy test.

As for whether you could be pregnant. Yes, you could. Any time during your cycle it's possible, as women do ovulate at different times. It's even possible to get pregnant while you have your period, although it's not that common.

There's plenty of sperm in pre to get the job done, so he doesn't have to ejaculate.

There are women on this site that used 3 different forms of birth control, correctly, and still became pregnant. Some more then once. You're not using any birth control, so the odds are much greater that sooner or later you'll get pregnant.

Your next step is to try an hpt (home pregnancy test). Make sure to use first morning urine, and follow the instructions exactly. If it's negative, wait until your next period is due. If you skip that one, test again, or see your doctor for a blood test.
