My left handle on my kitchen sink faucet won't stay screwed in.

Need more information, what do you mean by handle would stay screwed, you mean the water will not shut off or what? Thanks.

You might need to put some locktight on the threads.

Is this a screw issue or does the handle actually screw onto the valve?
