Ok so it's a long story. There is this guy I go to school with and I have had an on and off crush on him since I meet him. We both attend the same college. This semester I started to feel like he likes me back and I recently found out he does. One of my guy friends told my roommate that he really likes me. So... it's kind of funny he is sometimes perfectly fine with me and then other times he's really awkward and is really friendly with everyone else around me but me. Everyone knows there is something going on... his friends and mine. So we had a party at my house and he came, I was drunk and I flirted with him shamelessly and he flirted back. He stayed right next to me the whole night. When everyone was leaving he was kind of waiting around and he looked like he wanted to say something to me (my roommate noticed this as well). So I walked him out to his car and... he hugged me and that was it! So here is the complicated part, he is actually graduating and will be leaving in September. I think that might be the reason why he hasn't done anything. I'm not looking for a long term relationship by any means, if it works out it works out, but I just don't get why he hasn't asked me out yet! I don't know what to do, should I be aggressive and ask him out or what?

The next time you are alone, I would move a little closer so its easy for him to kiss you. Once he does this his guard will come down. Sounds like he's just intimidated a bit, maybe not too experienced. "So here is the complicated part, he is actually graduating and will be leaving in September. I think that might be the reason why he hasn't done anything" - Guys don't think like this at all! If he likes you, he will do something... hes just moving slower. Help him out a bit. Touch his arm, etc. Maybe invite him over to your place when no one else is there to watch a movie or something? Good luck.

Replace the drunk flirting with a serious invitation to something like coffee or a lunch. Talk in a setting where its just you two.

I seriously doubt it has something to do with the fact he's going away.. He's just nervous, which means if you want to try something more - YOU make it happen. Worst case scenario is he reject's you - but you seem quite confident he likes you.
