My husband said if you hire a PI he has to take pictures with a certain UB (I think) or the pictures will not be admissible in court. We are going through the worst time! His ex is determined to see that he somwhow goes to jail no matter what she has to do! Tell me how she was able to get the judge amd HIS court appointed attorney to be determined to go after him as well! He would like to have her tailed just to see if she meets the judge somewnere. I mean this is the most unbelievable mess. His own court appointed attorney told him incorrect info that would diff. get him put in jail and the dsenied it. He finally told her, "ok, maybe I'm wrong, so I'll just check my recorder when I get home". She went nuts and told him he could not record without both partys being aware. He said, "That's where you're wrong! Only one person has to know in the state of NC!!!" When his ex found out he was not in jail, she went nuts. I know she is up to something

Photographs are admitted either by stipulation of both parties or else the party attempting to admit the photograph into evidence must be prepared to offer testimony that the photograph is an accurate representation of the scene. This usually means someone must testify that the photograph accurately portrays the scene as viewed by that witness.

It sounds like your husband has an adversarial reationship not only with his ex but also the courts and his own attorney. Of course I don't know the circumstance here, but if he is at odds with his own attorney he should find someone he can work with.
