Judgements filed against my wife who is on permanent SSD. We own a home together, I want to clear these off the records for the house as I would like to refinance topay off other CC debts of mine. First is this possible to clear these, and 2nd how does one go about it? Thank you.

So after the judgement, they also filed a lien on the house ?
A judgement does not automatically put anything "on a house" they have to go to court to get a lien after the judgement.
Also in some US states, they can not do that on a homestead.
But I will be honest, borrowing more money to pay off credit card debts ( using your home to borrow money) is a very poor idea, if you do'n't pay credit cards, they can't take your home, ifyou don't pay a mortgage they can take your home
