So my parents are right now legally married but are in the middle of a divorce so there separated. My dad is an acoholic but has gone to rehab and is a stable parent for living. I live with my mom right now because I'm forced to by her and she has hit me before and won't let me even see my dad. Is it possible if I could get a parent plan without her signature cause she wouldn't sign it if we asked so I could live with my dad?

No, its not possible. Your father should ask the judge that he speak to you to determine your preferences on a parenting plan. The judge may or may not listen to you depending on how old you are. But the judge will make a decision on custody and visitation depending on what his determination is on your best interests.

Depending how old you are I think 14 is the age you can devorse your mom that give the rights right over to your dad.

This is a legal forum. Answers here must conform to statutory law. The OP is a minor and, as such, cannot make a choice about what parent to live with. Only a court can make that decision. Some areas have guidelines about how much weight to put on the child's preferences, but the decision is still up to ta court.

And while there is some case law allowing a minor to "divorce" a parent, those are extremely rare and in extreme circumstances.

Its nice that you want to help, but, when answering questions in law or other technical forums, the answers need to deal with the technical aspects of the question first and foremost.
