I need to know how to caculate the net worth for the company I work for. One of the partners needs this for his tax return. Thanks:D :D

Assets – Liabilities = Total Equity in the firm
 
You would want to divide it by the number of partners.
 
 
HOWEVER,
 
If this is for a tax return, all you need it the taxable net income divided by how many partners there are.
