How do I lighten my Hair? I dyed it on Monday, and it is WAY to dark. I wanted medium brown, and it looks to be black.

Dark hair has a lot of red pigment in it, and if you use a box of at-home-color on your hair, it will result in a red/orange shade. You should consider letting a professional do it. If you want to go a couple of shades lighter, the hairstylist can do a one-step coloring process to achieve your desired color.
