Hi all, been a long time . I got a question. I have a problem being happy sometimes. Even though every thing is fixed with our issues and its waaaay better I have a ?fear things will crap out again. Silly I guess, but I hate the way I feel. I have 0 none nada reasons for this feeling. Its not just with my GF, but other stuff too. Work has me bumbed a bit, maybe that's it. Just need a little of the good kick in the butt that you can get here. I guess it's the amount of crap going on in the world today that has me this way. I am one lucky guy, kids are good, GF relationship is ,words can describe it now it so good, I have a job, bills paid, But why the dread? Please feel free to kick this out of me.LOL. Thanks. Doug.

Change the routine, or some bad habits, usually changes the attitude, more music, less news usually works for me. But leaving work at work, and enjoying the fruit of my labors, and being grateful for those fruits usually kicks my spirits way up.

Or a well deserved day off and a nap. Hey guy the Cowboys, and the Rangers got me down, and the Cowboys season ain't over yet. Bummer, but I will survive, but I would rather be happy.
