Only you can write your career goals, pasdest. Sit down and think about it. We can't do it for you. We don't know you.

Pasdet, at 43 you must have some goals to fulfill. What are you working at, at present ? What type of job are you in?

That's a start for options. Do you want to take your people skills to another level? What does an escalation handler actually do? Trying to start your thought processes here, pas.

at my age whats that about lol I meant that at 43 you are not exactly all washed up. Don't take offence where none was intended.I started a new career at (actually two careers) at 60 that required more schooling and studying, but it has paid off tremendously.

If you want to kick start your motivation, go back to school and learn a new trade. You would be surprised what that does for self esteem and discipline. Discipline is what most people are missing in their working lives, which carries over into their home life as well.

Are you married ? Do you have children ?

Not prying, just trying to direct you to the proper place.
