My wife and I live in a apartment that is full of trouble makers and when I use the term trouble makers I don't mean pranks , I am referring to threats verbal treats , I have been listening to this for quite some time now and when I say quite some time is been over a year .I have had for over here everything from the threat of our door being kicked in reason I bought a alarm , to overhearing rape threats towards my wife . Also all hours threw the day as well as into the evening They gather in the apartment above us and continuously stomp on the floors , Then they all come stomping down the stairs and go to the apartment that is next to our from there they pound on the walls and group huddle over loudly they verbally make threats towards us . And when they are not doing this they put cups to the walls to listen , Also at times I hear what sounds like some sort of wired devise being past threw there side of the wall. Our bedroom is next to the stairs so you can just imagine what takes place on the other side of the wall when we try to go to sleep its very loud very noticeable and very invasive . I have been making recordings of the noise , have kept it as a record of event . From my mic on my web cam . I am trying to figure out a way to have theses recording sent via email . I can tell you that my wife and I are not doing anything wrong and are not acting out we just want to live and enjoy our togetherness, and its become stressful as we can no longer openly talk with out having our privacy invaded .

Why have you endured this for a year without moving? Unfortunately, the police do not take action on threats like this. Have you spoken to your landlords?
