Multitude of problems. Erratic idol, stalling while driving, will not start, 02 sensor failing ecm jumper test.

. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

This may even eliminate the erratic idle.

. Replace the oxygen sensor:

This should cure most, in not all, of your symptoms, as long as the Check Engine Light comes on and goes off after two seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II).

OK cool. I get paid Friday and I will replace all three. Also I was tinkering with the iac got a good idol going took it for a test drive went to push the excel and it bogs down like its getting no fuel. Changed fuel filter and fuel pump getting 40psi static. Same thing. Have not changed fuel reg. Or injectors. What do you think?

Sounds like you still have not replaced the ICM. Until you replace that part, I think you are doomed to frustration. I think you are wasting your time and money replacing the fuel pump, regulator, and injectors. The ICM is the likely culprit--it's an electrical problem, not fuel.

If you want to go budget, just replace the ICM; later, replace the oxygen sensor.

Ok. I hate wasteing money. But if you think that's the problem then i will do it. What does the ecm consist of. Just the chip inside the distributer?

He gave you a link for the ICM but yes that is the "igniter" in the distributer. I have had to replace that once. I don't know how much it costs because a Honda Technician friend of mine had one for me free.

If I were you I would replace the coil at the same time as the ICM. The coil is a pretty cheap part and easy to replace :)
