I see dark shadows from dusk till dawn, now I feel their pain, sadness, anxiety, anger and other feelings. What can I do to control this?

I really don't believe in things like that.. but if you are a Christian... you can speak the name of God and Jesus and recite some scripture.
My grandmother believed in stuff like this and she always said speak Gods name and Satan will flee. I do believe Satan can make you feel like there are things like this. Pray and search the scriptures.
