Can anybody help me, is that bandwidth speed really improves the performance of remote desktop protocol, and also tell me how we can improve the performance in remote desktop protocol

Remote desktop protcols are slow at the best of times due to the nature of sending input to a remote system. The network speed (bandwidth/line speed) will help improve things as will more powerful machines

Remote desktop speed relies on three factors
The host computer's resources and the load on the resources
Client computer's resources and the lod on the resources
Internet connection speed.

Insort two fast computers on a good fast connection (both high upload anddownload speeds) not running a lot of other applications will be faster than two maxed out six year old XP machines over dial up. Most DSL connections are asynchronous meaning the down and up speeds are different both down and up communications are used in remote desktop. So you may have f megs down and half a meg up.
