My playstation will not read my guitar hero ll game. It has worked fine for several years,
Now all of a sudden----NOTHING. Is there a fix?

You need to clean the disc but not with just ANYTHING! You need to get game cleaner cleaning solution and game cleaner repair solution. And you need to get a motorized disc cleaner with special discs. Memorex manufactures these products. Used to be sold in WalMart but they don't carry anymore. The only place I found this at lately is on Ebay. The motorized disc cleaner runs less than $20 and the cleaner solution and disc repair kits run about $10 or less.

This is the only product I've ever used that worked. All the other disc cleaner stuff didn't work and actually ruined the disc I was trying to fix. Don't try to use the gel stuff they sell now as it does not work.
