Hello All! I am in the process of liquidating items from my uncle's estate and have a Rolex watch that I want to sell on eBay but am afraid it may be a fake! How do I tell? Can it be determined by looking at pictures? I can post some! Thanks. Mary

Take it to a jeweler and ask. Some of the fakes are almost impossible to identify.

As a sidenote - when I took my husband's Rolex to a local jeweler he told me it was a fake. I took it to a second jeweler who said it was real. It WAS real. I don't know if the first jeweler was going to purchase it from me at little cost or honestly didn't know.

Get two opinions.
