1. Convert your double angles into single angles.
Make use of:
sin2A = 2sinAcosA
cos2A = cos^2A - sin^2A = 2cos^2A-1 = 1-2sin^2A
You have to choose which one concerning the double angle for cos you want to use. The answer then comes by itself.
