My mom just passed away. No will. How do I change the deed into my name. Brothers and sister are willing to sign over. Also there is about 26000 owed in back taxes was a homestead can I have most of that waved. Last part do sba loans go away they owed on that also

Sorry about your mom.
You need to have the estate probated... That'll put the home in the name of her heirs, and it'll tell the SBA to go away. The court MIGHT tell the county assessor to forget collecting the taxes, but I doubt that.
In order to get that done legally, I'd hire a lawyer.
