I just receive d through postal mail today a hand written letter from my late fathers wife. She accused me of going to her home which is out of state robbing her and went on to list the items that were stolen and then told me that she was giving me one more chance to return these things or she would follow through with legal action. She then stated that I should want to be home with my children rather than go to jail. What can I do legally to this woman for saying such terrible things and threatening me. I have never spoken to this woman, she is my fathers 3rd wife, my parents divorced when I was an infant and I never saw my father, nor did he ever pay court ordered child support. This is just unacceptable to me for her to be able to say such things about me and I hope that there is a way to correct this through the legal process.

She would need to prove her allegations. Without proof, she doesn't have a leg to stand on.
