I have a sears craftsman 1/2 garage door opener with keyless pad, the keypad does not work when you enter code. Batteries have been changed and I do not see a lean button on it. Any ideas?

How old is the garage opener. Model number?

May need to Put operator in learn mode and reenter code.

I'm having same problem with it not working anymore after 7-8 yrs. Is there a lifespan here?
