Where can me and my husband obtain our bankruptcy dicharge papers from 2004?

Contact the attorney you used for your bankruptcy and he will send you a copy of your discharge paperwork. If you did not have an attorney you will have to go in person to the Federal Courthouse where you filed your bankruptcy and get a copy there.
