Hello I am on the birth control pills lyberal for 3 months now. On the advice of my doctore, I have started to use it for 21 days and then off 7 days so that I can have my period. I have not had any missed periods but felt like maybe I could be pregnant because I have a little spotting. Am I pregnant?

Probably not... more than likely you are experiencing what is called breakthrough bleeding. It may continue every now and then, or it may subside after a few cycles never to be seen again.
