My niece is living in my father's house that I inheited when he died. I have ask her to pay the rent of 300.00 a month for a 3 bedroom house. She lives alone and is single, no children. She has paid approximently 3 or 4 different times in the past 5 years. She comes up with this story that she can't afford it. I have a mortgage on the property. I also have a double wide trailer on the land that has not been rented in the past 6 months. When the trailer is rented I don't have trouble paying the mortgage. But the she is not keeping the house up either, or she calls me when something breaks. What can I do?
