I have a video of a speech that I gave that is on dvd and I want to download it to my computer and then upload it to YouTube, etc. so I can share it online but I can't figure it out for some reason. Any advice or help would be great!

Did you go to Youtube and read their instructions?

I did but I can't figure out how to get the files off the dvd onto my computer in order to upload them onto YouTube. Also, I think my files might be too big for YouTube. Just a newbie at this video sharing thing!! Thanks for responding!

Well it depends on how the DVD was made. If it plays in a standard DVD Player, then you probably need a DVD ripper to rip the track to a file on your hard drive. From there you can upload.
