I have a 20 inch necklace marked H.S. can anyone tell me what the H.S means? Or any information about it?

Below is a link to eBay which has a page of HS jewelry from the company
"H S Jewellry." Apparently, the jewelry is marked with the company logo.
Toward the bottom, left side, there is an HS Italian 18" KWG cable
