:oThis is really complicated there's really a lot to it: just to offer you the jist- I was sentenced to a 15 do 4. for drugs that were not even mine! Just started serving the probation that followed a 4 yrs. Successfully served. Even my probation officer (who has worked in law for 13yrs and never seen anything like that)was like ''wow'' that rediculas upon review the seriousness of the stipulations included in my probation. I have 2 associate degrees and have almost completed a bachlors in edu. I Really got screwed! This sentence is 11 more yrs -plus I have to attend na twice a week for the next 11 yrs. I need to to end & the only way is to have it expunged. But its not over for 11 more years & the judge even put a "stipulation" that I couldn't be put on non-report. Im open to any shared wisdom or insight so I can actually have a real life & take care of my family & work; without this ugly shadow hanging over me & preventing me from progressing. God love you if you can help!! THX 4 any positive feedback(:

What is your question? You were found guilty and obviously at least part of the sentence was probation. If you can't meet the terms of probation, you could ask for jail time. It's too early to expunge the record.

I am concerned that you have two degrees and have almost completed your bachelors and cannot spell ridiculous - I trust this is a sincere question.

At this point all you can do is stay clean and live with the sentence - nothing is going to change it now.

Hello T:

Yeah, it's a long time... But, the longer you do successfully, the less restriction will be placed on you.

You said you were sentenced for "drugs that were not even mine." For you to have been sentenced someone must have believed the evidence against you. I'm sorry about all your schooling going to waste, but that's the way it goes when you have a felony.

I doubt if you will get an expungement until at least 10 years after your probation ends and then with the help of an attorney.

Right now the best you can hope for is to continue with your probation, keep your nose clean.

If your PO feels so strongly about you, why not ask him to help you get an early termination? Just because the PO made some comments about your case, I wouldn't be too excited about that. Talk to them and see if they'd be willing to go to bat for an early termination for you. Can't hurt.

Sorry, you know not a sigle person convicted was ever guilty, so hard to feel the "love" on this.

But you had drugs either on you or near you, so did you tell them who it belonged to, were you willing to help prove it was someone else's ?

Why were you in a place with someone else's drugs.

But in the end, you were found guility and there must be a reaso the judge felt you were this serious of a risk.

Did you not have an attorney, if you did not, did you try to defend yourself
