Hi, dino1168!

Then you need to contact your probation officer as soon as you can, if you were supposed to report and didn't.

How do you think that we can help you here, please?

Thanks!

If you did not report as instructed, you can expect to attend a violation of probation hearing shortly. There is no excuse for not reporting. If you were in the hospital, attending a funeral, a loved one in the hospital, etc. is not acceptable. In essence, there is no excuse accepted. If you knew you were going to miss your reporting date, you should have immediately called the PO and discussed it with them. Now you will have to convince the Judge. Get an attorney now.

Hello dino:

It's up to the judge. If your probation is for 5 years, they can lock you up for 5 years.

Yes, you can get the entire probation time back in prison for not reporting.

Best bet, go to the PO turn yourself in and have an attorney hired.
