How old?
Usually it's proper eating and exercise. If you're under 15 - 16, I suggest you just use moderate exercise with cutting out junk foods, as your growth spurt will hit and your body will go through more changes.

There is no quck way that is right and proper. It takes lower intake and more exercise. Walking a lot helps
