6 weeks and 4 days pregnant on second pregnancy, severe cramping pains in lower abdomen and back ache.

Started being sick( I know this is noramal)
Diahorrea.

Got doctors appt this morning just wondering ifanyone has any advice before I go?

Severe to one person may be like bad menstrual cramps to someone else, but obviously have it checked out. With the other symptoms, perhaps it is just a stomach bug.
Often some cramping is not as much of a concern as long as you aren't having any bleeding as well. Hope you get some peace of mind from your doctor's visit!
