After 6 month delay while debt lawyer working for 4th or 5th JDB(alleged owner)looked for validation and after 3 letters to validate, lawyer sent only a bill from JDB and a small cut and paste from a credit report no money amounts shown except what the JDB wants from me.. My question is what paperwork exactly and specifically does a debt lawyer have to show a judge for the lawyer to win his case. This exact and specific info seems to be a deep dark secret on all the other legal help forums. No one wants to give up the ghost on this question. So, if anyone wants to let loose with this top secret information I'd really appreciate the answer.

I don't know what you mean by the debt Lawyer. You are the debtor so your Attorney is the debtor's Attorney.
If you mean the Attorney for the creditor that Attorney is required to present sufficient and believable proof to the Court that it is your debt and it is within the Statute. That can take many forms. Sit in the Courtroom one day and listen to the other cases and you will see what type of proof is required in your jurisdiction.
I've seen the evidence of debt be one payment toward the debt.
If you think what has been presented is insufficient - and it sounds like it is - then that is your legal argument when you get to Court. Demand that the creditor's Attorney PROVE the debt.
After you get through all of that, what is your defense to the debt, your reason for not paying?
