Some vitamins good for hair are Folic Acid 800mcg, Biotin 200mcg, Pantothenic Acid 200mg, vitamin E, Zinc 30mg, Manganese 10mg, Choline 1000mg, Inositol 250mg, Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA)60mg
I don't know anything about this product so I can't really say if it will help any.

It really depends. It will definitely help you grow healthier hair but it might not make it grow faster.
